Damon Williams’ culinary journey began at just five years old, captivated by the enchanting aromas of his mother’s kitchen. Affectionately known as "Momma Williams," she had a gift for creating delicious, original recipes that drew in not just family, but neighbors from all around the community. Watching her effortlessly wield her cooking utensils sparked a lifelong passion in Damon—one rooted in the belief that great food brings people together. 

By age 14, Damon took a significant step toward turning that childhood wonder into a dedicated career, enrolling in a private culinary arts school in Lake Grove, New York. This formal training laid a strong technical foundation, which he continued to build upon throughout his life. 

Driven to master every aspect of the food industry, Damon earned professional certifications in Food Handling, Food Safety Management, and ServSafe, alongside acquiring his commercial and catering licenses. These credentials, combined with his lifelong love of cooking, culminated in the launch of:

Catering:. His catering venture quickly earned a reputation for exceptional customer service and a menu that paired the comforting "taste of home" with high-quality, health-conscious sourcing—featuring locally grown produce, grass-fed meats, and vibrant vegan options. 

Today, Damon is channeling his extensive catering expertise into his most exciting venture yet: 

Meal Preping. Evolving from a successful catering operation into a premier meal preparation destination, the cafe brings Damon's health-forward culinary vision to life. Designed to offer nourishing, flavor-packed meals, Deliciously Made Cafe serves up customized meal options that cater to clean eating without sacrificing soul.
